About the Program

This program's core element is the science behind how the brain changes throughout one's life due to good or bad influences. The capacity of the brain to change itself is called neuroplasticity. Mindfulness meditation or attention training changes the brain for the good. A proven change from attention training is a powering up of self-regulation and a de-powering of emotional reaction allowing for more optimal choices and responses.
